JoAnn was born and humbly raised on Oahu. Watching her grandparents work on their coffee farm in Kona, gave her a deep respect for honest hard work. Her real estate interest started with home renovations as she enjoys being hands on with remodeling projects, transforming run down properties into turn key homes.
